Return and Refund Policy

Once you have successfully made the payment for your purchase and soon as we receive confirmation over the same from the payment gateway, the further processing of your order will take place as per our shipping policy.

  1. Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped from our office in Vadodara based upon location by courier partner.

  • Delivery within Vadodara – it will be done within 2 to 3 business days

  • Outstation delivery – it will be done within 3 to 8 business days for pan India

  • Deliveries will be made between 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

The mentioned days are beyond the ambit of certainty, and are subjected to force majeure. Anaca Enterprise is not to be held liable for the delays in case of natural disasters, governmental or societal actions and infrastructure failure.

For successful deliveries, a signature is required. This will serve as a proof of confirmation at your end. In case of your absence to sign for your delivery, we recommend designating an alternative recipient such as your family member, colleague or neighbor etc. Anaca Enterprise will not be responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.

Some delivery partner may require OTP, and this OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during the order placement process.

Furthermore, Anaca Enterprise bears no responsibility for the damage of product after delivery.

The claims of shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery at [email protected] with an image of damaged piece attached.

  1. Return/Exchange

Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange at [email protected] Include the following details:

– Complaint Order Number

– Invoice number

– Details of your request or complaint

– Images or videos supporting the complaint with Batch details clearly visible (required for processing)

In case of non-sealed, leaking, or broken products: Clear images or videos of the non-sealed, leaking, or broken products, along with images or videos showing spillage (if applicable), mono-carton, and outer packaging.

In case the product is empty or the volume is less, or the wrong product has been delivered: Clear images or videos of the empty, faulty, product with less volume, or missing product, along with images or videos showing spillage (if applicable), mono-carton, and outer packaging.

In case the packaging is very dirty: Clear images or videos of the complete open package received, along with images or videos of the mono-carton and outer packaging.

Mono carton refers to the box/packaging the individual product comes in, while outer packaging refers to the larger box in which the entire order is shipped in. Images of both are required for claim processing.

After receiving all the necessary details, our team will respond to your complaint or query within 3 working days. If an exchange is approved, you will be provided with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, the refund will be processed within 10-15 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

All products for exchange must be sent back in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and a document containing:

– Dispatch address

– Customer name and address

– Order number

– Contents of the package

Please email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) to our Customer Care via email [email protected]

Once the package is received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be provided with the new consignment tracking details.

Anaca Enterprise Online is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.

  1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order after placing it, it could only be done so if the product has not been shipped. We wouldn’t be able to accept the cancellation if the product has been shipped. Usually Within 24 hours of placing the order, the product gets shipped. After cancellation, the refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
